As with every website - and especially one of this size - we carried out an in-depth research and planning exercise to develop business needs, technical specifications and map out site functionality. Working alongside recruiters and end users, we delivered a dynamic, feature-packed content management system with the capability to instantly link new positions to potential employees and distribute thousands of job alerts every day. It also remotely feeds new positions to a number of worldwide job boards and allows Hazell Engineering to access both vacancies and user data quickly and concisely for internal and recruiter purposes.
